The United States Border Patrol has purchased the HS-24 Acoustic Hailing Device to complement the other border protection assets used to protect the southern border of the United States.  The Hyperspike HS-24 AHD is a high powered, focused, acoustic projector that can be used to alert, inform, and warm people acoustically from very long ranges.
