Columbia City, IN – Ultra USSI is pleased to announce that the Hyperspike family of acoustic products will be prominently displayed and demonstrated at the upcoming Defence Systems & Equipment International (DSEi) 2009 Show, held in London on September 8th through 11th. The DSEi 2009 show is touted as “The world’s largest fully integrated defence and security exhibition, bringing together senior international trade and military experts from across the entire supply chain in an optimal business environment.” (DSEi 2009).
Ultra will be highlighting many of its innovative technologies at this show, and will feature the Hyperspike products in the shows Innovation Showcase. The Hyperspike product line is scheduled to be showcased on Thursday, September 10th at 10:45am.
Live Hyperspike Acoustic Hailing Device (AHD) demonstrations will be conducted throughout the course of the show outside the ExCel Trade Show Exhibition facility. These demonstrations will allow attendees to experience the highly directional, highly intelligible AHD product performance at a safe distance, demonstrating the utility of this product for maritime applications.
Additionally, demonstrations of the newest Hyperspike product, the MA-1 Mass Notification communications system, will be featured during the week. The Ultra Hyperspike Monolithic Array (MA) technology provides a breakthrough in the wide area mass notification communications marketplace with its ability to provide highly intelligible, high fidelity voice and high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) warning siren capability, all in a very compact, lightweight transducer speaker array. It is the combination of voice and emergency warning capability that provides an institution with a truly dual use capability.
