Combining Ultra Electronics unique and proprietary HyperSpike® technology with the ruggedized pan & tilt positioning device from Moog, Inc., the HS-18 RAHD™ is the ideal sound reinforcement solution for maritime, perimeter and remote locations. The HS-18 RAHD™, with 153 dB of penetrating acoustics, communicating long distances and through high background noise environments is an effective means of communication, notification and deterrence.

With an acoustic footprint up to 1500 m+, clear, intelligible commands and authoritative messages are broadcast to intended targets with exceptional STI ratings of 0.96 out of 1.0.

HS-18 RAHD can be operated remotely across an IP network allowing operators to respond to potential threats from a safe environment while maintaining positive command and control of the tactical situation.

To facilitate remote security operations, the HS-18 RAHD’s innovative and exclusive equipment bay can easily be configured with an optional video camera, search light, or laser/dazzler. The addition of IP-enabled sensors gives security personnel additional time and valuable situational awareness information to evaluate the potential threat.
